Terms of Service

1. Who May Use Team Easy

You may use Team Easy only if you can form a binding contract with Team Easy and your use complies with applicable law. If you use Team Easy on behalf of a club, league, company, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Registration

You may be required to create an account or provide contact information to access some Team Easy features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Team Easy to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or the rights of others.
• Send spam, deceptive messages, or unauthorized communications.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or access Team Easy through unauthorized automated means.
• Use Team Easy in a way that harms players, organizers, or the integrity of a match workflow.

4. Coming-Soon and Beta Status

Team Easy is currently in a pre-launch or beta stage. Features may change, be delayed, or be removed without notice. Access may be limited, and we do not guarantee continuous availability or that any specific roadmap item will ship on a specific date.

5. SMS Program Terms

Team Easy may offer operational or informational text messages related to match invitations, reminders, account alerts, roster notifications, and similar service-related communications. By providing a mobile number and opting in through an approved Team Easy flow, you agree to receive those messages at the number you provide.

• Message frequency varies based on your match activity, organizer actions, and account status.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
• You can get help by replying HELP or emailing support@teameasy.app.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Team Easy operational SMS is separate from any future promotional messaging. If Team Easy offers promotional or marketing SMS in the future, that program will require separate consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of Team Easy is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information, including contact information and SMS consent records.

7. Intellectual Property

Team Easy and all related software, content, branding, design, and materials are owned by Team Easy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

8. Your Content and Data

You retain rights in content and data you submit to Team Easy. You grant Team Easy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, support, and secure the service.

9. Service Availability

Team Easy may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We may suspend or limit access to the service at any time, including to protect the service or comply with legal obligations.

10. Third-Party Services

Team Easy may rely on third-party providers such as hosting, analytics, communications, and payment vendors. We are not responsible for third-party products or services, and those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer

TEAM EASY IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAM EASY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAM EASY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAM EASY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TEAM EASY FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Team Easy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using Team Easy at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or others, or if we choose to discontinue part or all of the service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here and update the last-updated date. Your continued use of Team Easy after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
